If you find any damage such as a pothole in the road, broken playground equipment, a loose manhole cover, a fallen fire hydrant sign, or a leaking water pipe, please report it using the app.

The relevant department will review your report and take appropriate repairs or emergency measures depending on the urgency.

■ How to Use the App
① If you find any damage to roads or parks, turn on your GPS and launch the "Okinawa City Road/Park Damage Reporting Application."
② Select "Report by Email" and take two photos as instructed on the screen.

*Please pay close attention to your surroundings when taking photos.
③ After confirming your location and selecting the type of problem, send the report.

This completes the reporting process.

■ Regarding the Use of the App
・Reporting through this app is not intended for emergency situations.
・Repairs and other actions will be prioritized based on the level of urgency, so it may take several days depending on the content. * If, regarding the reported issue, it is determined that no repairs or other actions are necessary at this time, no action may be taken.

* If it is determined that the reported issue is not within the city's jurisdiction, information excluding the user's personal information may be provided to the road administrator or other relevant authority responsible for the issue.

* Except in cases where it is deemed necessary to contact the user due to special circumstances regarding the reported issue, the city will not, in principle, respond to or report the results of the action taken.

* This app is currently in trial operation and may be discontinued at any time.

■ Information Automatically Acquired by the App
The app automatically acquires the following information. However, it will not acquire this information if the user has disabled automatic acquisition.
Information Acquired: Location information measured by the GPS function installed on the device
Items Used: To pass location information data to the email body and attachments

■ Handling of Personal Information
Personal information of users sent by the user via email through the app and collected by the city will be managed in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, except as otherwise provided by law.
Furthermore, the user's personal information will be used for the following purposes.

(1) When it is necessary to receive reports, verify the content of reports, or otherwise contact users.

(2) When compiling and analyzing report data for improving the operation of the app.
