I tried verifying my account, which required entering the last four digits of my Social Security number. The system returned the wrong birth date, and there was no option to fix it. Verification failed because of this issue. I contacted support three times. The first two times, they only reset the verification process instead of fixing the problem. I am currently waiting on a response from technical support for my third support request, and it has already been 4 business days without any update.

Not able to use the app. id verification not working. I wasted my time reporting the issue and providing the recordings of the error message. after 1 month the issue has not been resolved. The ticket was just closed without solution to the issue. now I have to transfer the money back to my bank wasting 75 dirhams due to blocked features when you are not verified. okx if you want to waste my time and not provide a solution, well here you go.

receive a network error every single time I try to withdraw funds I deposited 5 to try them out and saw they had a min. withdraw+fee so I added a few more dollars and still cannot cash out but what I've noticed is between the fee and what I have a available to withdraw their fee always makes it more than I have to withdraw so it won't work and as I deposit they just increase their min req to withdraw..seems fishy to me. internal transfers work fine tho. I've checked them all...
