App Review: Worked ok at times & other times it kept crashing. Not to mention the amount or balance after a payment wasn't updated automatically. At times it would reflect the remaining balance and other times it still showed a due balance. Only part that seemed to work the best was the chat. Although sometimes I'd still have to call to get the issue resolved. Just glad I'm finished my payments and can delete the app.

Between not being able to log in on neither website or app even with password changes, it's been very frustrating. I wish I looked into the company because I wouldn't have taken a loan out if I knew the information would be difficult to access.

App keeps crashing and now I can't log back in. Tried to get help and they started to help but bc it was 1 min past their cut off time they just left me hanging instead of finishing with me. The tires were a big help but this app sucks doesn't even deserve on star.
