Great app. This app helped eased up my travel before getting to the hotel, during the hotel and even after. Also a great app to help out a pandemic helping out with the touchless experience.

Very helpful app during COVID-19 situation, I can make a request to hotel, control the lighting over the app. Would be great if all the hotel have this app as standard 😉

Why do we have to download an app in order to control the TV when we have to remote in the room. The remote app is horrible and doesn't work.
