Ratings and reviews

You get bombarded by advertising even if you've already booked something. The info on the app is often wrong. the billing info is wildly inaccurate.

It is not possible to book a hotel room using the app with a minor account. Logged in on the website it works and could book a room. Error when booking states: sorry an internal error etc. The prices on the website are lower than in the app. So it is an disfunctional app. Please fix it. I am a regular customer who deserves a good working service, I pay your salaries by staying regularly. Uninstalled the app even checking the booking I made on the website cannot be viewed. Not professional.

This website is useless. I log in and go to bookings which tells me that I have no bookings (which I actually have). The former NH app was somewhat better. Having been persuaded to switch to this new app, has been completely frustrating. Even when my login is recognized, I cannot see or modify my bookings.
