About this app

I made this app to help you easily understand and find information about music theory. Use the included tools and exercises to improve your ear training, music theory skills and sight-reading.

Please, contact me if you find any problems with the app, or if you want to share your feedback!

Theory
Intervals, chords, note values, rests, circle of fifths, scales, octaves, and various notation symbols (dynamics, articulation etc.)

Tools
Chord builder - generate chords and listen to examples
Scale builder - generate scales and listen to examples
Mode builder - generate modes and listen to examples
Practice Helper (paid feature) - use this tool to randomize scales, keys and chords. It can help you during your practice sessions when you ask yourself "what should I practice next?"

Exercises
Ear training is a crucial part of becoming a musician! That's why Music Theory Helper includes bort ear training and music theory exercises to help you train your skills:
Listening exercises - interval recognition (melodic and harmonic), chord recognition, chord inversions, chord progressions (major)
Reading exercises - note reading (sight-reading), interval reading, chord reading, key signatures, scale formulas
Mental practice - chord/scale degrees

The app is free, but some features require an active subscription.

Best tutorial on intervals that I have found. Is there a purchase price for the app?

I wish you would give an option to print out the steps for flashcards then I would give you a better stare also I'm sorry to tell you but when you put stupid limits on your apps and think we all have to pay to use it it's annoying and very disappointing worse than that it's straight forward DISCOURAGEMENT IT MAKES ME NOT EVEN WANT TO LEARN IT 😢
