OkulUp brings together communication between schools and families in a single application. School processes such as announcements, messaging, attendance, and payment tracking are managed through a single channel under the school's administration.

Features:

• Announcements — School announcements are sent to parents along with attachments, and read receipts are tracked.

• Messaging — One-on-one messaging between teachers and parents under the school's umbrella. No need to share personal phone numbers.

• Attendance — Teachers retrieve attendance from the application, and parents view absences.

• Payment Tracking — Installments, payments made, and upcoming payments are visible to parents.

• Meal Menu — Daily and weekly meal plans are published in the application.

• Calendar and Events — Holidays, parent-teacher meetings, and school events are included in a shared calendar.

• Photo Galleries — Photos of classroom activities are shared with parents with administration approval.

• Daily Tracking — In kindergartens and nurseries, information regarding meals, naps, and activities is communicated to parents.

• Appointments — Parents can request appointments with teachers.

• Notifications — Push notifications are sent for announcements, messages, and reminders.

One app, different roles: Administrators, teachers, and parents use the same app; each role only sees the screens within their authority. Parents with multiple children can track all their children with a single account.
