Ratings and reviews

Ola's standards have dropped. I try to book a ride, the pick up and drop locations are entered properly but then as soon as the ride is confirmed it shows entirely different adress causing problems both to the drivers and us, customers. Drivers often tend to lose their cool and rage at us. This is very disappointing, do look into the issue. Also, the drivers' reason as to why this is happening is because Ola's server is down. There are also issues of double booking happening automatically.

Utterly useless. The few times I booked a cab and managed to travel there was no issue. 8 out of 10 times though, it'll show searching but end up booking in the background. At least if it booked, I wouldn't have a problem. It would however proceed to cancel the bloody ride. Developer seriously need to take a look at the app and it's shortcomings. I'm really disappointed.

Very bad experience. Worst app! Not even showing the current trip which is booked or not. But after sometime driver will call and in app it shows your trip was booked. And also showing a different rate while booking the trip but after reached destination extra amount of rate was shown. Very frustrated. This happened 2 to 3 times!. Even 1 star is a very big thing to give for my experience I had !!!
