It constantly drops messaging ability. Every few minutes, the conversations disappear because they stop loading, and they only load after repeatedly restarting the app. Happens in every Android I own regardless of network speed and stability. Same provider and location since I joined, and it wasn't doing it last year. It's not my phone or my internet, it's a problem on THEIR end.

This app is very disappointing. Even after spending money, I didn’t receive the expected service. Coins/diamonds often don’t show up, and customer support is slow or completely unhelpful. The app also has many bugs—messages disappear, and login issues happen frequently. Overall, my experience was really bad, and I would not recommend this app to anyone.
