OL analysis is created for orienteers who want to analyze and develop their orienteering even more.
With OL analysis, you can analyze your orienteering technique and your behaviors in orienteering and at the same time get suggestions for what you can improve or continue with.
Here's how you do it:
After training/competition, create a New Activity and fill in the different fields.
The more detailed you fill in and the more activities you register, the better the analysis you can get.
After you save the activity, you can see it in the Activities tab.
In the Analysis tab, you can filter based on time interval, distance, level, training/competition, priority, day/night, terrain and see which parts you do well and which you need to improve.
You can click on the orange buttons for each part and get a summary of that particular part.
You can also click on the different circles to see detailed information and suggestions for improvements for these.
Or follow your development for the different elements and behaviors over time.
There is also a button that summarizes the main points from each part and which you can use as a plan for the next training/competition.
