I purchased cloud storage for my work cameras through the app, and was immediately unable to use the app, saying my password was wrong. I've sent multiple requests for help through the app, and several emails with the address from Google Play store, all have had no response. I tried every password I've ever used with no help. Absolutely no customer service to help if you have an issue. Do not purchase their cloud service!

The must have updated it and now anytime i try to look in playback it auto reverts to the cloud mode for any camera change and asking for money. They also seem to have removed the landscape mode playback slider from the screen making the app far more annoying to use. Terrible changes that were not asked for but they need more money im sure. Gotta shove the cloud down our wallets.

This appears to be the exact same app as EseeCloud, but with no ads. But no improvement. You still only get 3 days of playback, unless you pay a cloud fee. Not sure why the app can't simply grab videos from the NVR instead of cloud. Support is in China, so expect a 12 hour delay on any responses. Documentation is charitable.
