RoadShift: Traffic Puzzle puts you in charge of a city transit fleet on the night shift. Plan pickup and dropoff routes, match riders to the right vehicles, and beat the grid before the clock runs out.

PLAN ROUTES, EARN STARS
Assign vehicles to waiting riders, plan the most efficient route, and launch your shift. Earn up to three stars per level based on timing, route efficiency, and completing special objectives.

60 CAMPAIGN LEVELS
Work through six city districts, each introducing new challenges:
- First Shift: Learn the basics of route planning and dispatch
- Downtown Flow: Navigate congested streets and manage vehicle capacity
- Access Line: Match accessible riders to the right vehicles
- Rain Circuit: Reroute around closures and rain-slowed streets
- Event Surge: Handle post-event surges with limited vehicles and tight windows
- Midnight Grid: The campaign finale combining every mechanic

REAL ROUTE PLANNING
RoadShift uses a real graph-based route engine. Routes are calculated, not faked. Congested streets slow you down. Closed roads require genuine detours. Every plan must work.

FOUR VEHICLE TYPES
- Compact Cab: Fast, carries one rider group
- City Van: Carries two rider groups
- Access Van: Carries two, fully wheelchair accessible
- Shuttle: Carries three, great for event surges

FOUR RIDER TYPES
- Standard: Regular pickup and dropoff
- Priority: Tighter deadlines, plan carefully
- Accessible: Must be matched to an Access Van
- Group: Uses additional vehicle capacity

ANIMATED LIVE SIMULATION
After you plan the shift, watch vehicles move through the city, pick up riders, and complete deliveries. Control simulation speed or skip to results.

PLAY OFFLINE
All 60 levels work without internet. Your progress, scores, and achievements are saved locally on your device. No account required.
