I like this bank theoretically, but gosh the app and the bank functions are so bad it's maddening. The transfer money function doesn't allow me to transfer funds from another bank. I had to submit at least two tickets about this, but it was never addressed and I was just told to send a check to myself instead. That's pretty annoying, especially when it takes over a week to process each check! They also didn't provide checks themselves, so you're left with very limited options.

I enjoy using this bank and so far there have been few issues using everything, for the most part.. but trying to use the mobile deposit feature I'm having issues with a 'remote capture adapter' error. No idea how to get around it. Linking outside bank should be easier, there isn't an easy way to even find where to do that in the app unless you do it right away in the prompts when you first sign up.

App keeps crashing. I have cleared cache. They closed my card and my account because it thought someone was trying to access my account. It was me. The system wanted to change the password and then it said I had wrong password after it accepted it. They wouldnt tell me why when I called. Thry had my money and i had no account. Too many problems.
