Love the mission and customer service so far. However the app is clunky and under performs alot...stalls once I log in and never takes me to the initial home screen. I've mentioned to customer service so hopefully it's resolved...I'll come back and update once I have better luck with the app. No problems with the website however...the app is in need of overhauling and upgrading to work out the kinks. Other than that so far so good and I recommend banking with them!

I like this bank theoretically, but gosh the app and the bank functions are so bad it's maddening. The transfer money function doesn't allow me to transfer funds from another bank. I had to submit at least two tickets about this, but it was never addressed and I was just told to send a check to myself instead. That's pretty annoying, especially when it takes over a week to process each check! They also didn't provide checks themselves, so you're left with very limited options.

I enjoy using this bank and so far there have been few issues using everything, for the most part.. but trying to use the mobile deposit feature I'm having issues with a 'remote capture adapter' error. No idea how to get around it. Linking outside bank should be easier, there isn't an easy way to even find where to do that in the app unless you do it right away in the prompts when you first sign up.
