To use the O2 Digital Banking app, you must be enrolled as a Old Second National Bank digital banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

This app constantly crashes. The amounts jump from what you have in there to more or less. It's all over the place at times. I constantly keep my cell and apps updated. Brand new Cell. Who ever are the techs for this app should not be employed. It's very frustrating at times when I can't access my account info. Please have more consistency and accessibility for this app. Inexcusable to have weekly issues such as these! Side note my St Charles branch managers and workers are amazing!

My former bank had a system that was easier to navigate. Also, it deducted the amount from my account immediately. No guessing about what I actually had available. For instance, if I pay a $25 bill but don't want it to transmit for five days, my old system would show my pending deduction and how much I still have available all in one screen. This system I have to go to pending bills, look for the amount pending, then deduct pending payments from my checking total. That's a hassle.

Continually have problems with this app. System very complicated and no user friendly. And it doesn't help that telephone support is inadequate. They nearly always instruct me to go to a branch. WSB was never like this. I'm giving strong consideration of switching banks after being with WSB since 1973. Conversion has been horrible experience from the beginning. My patience is running out.
