About this app

Olimpos PDKS is a corporate personnel attendance control system application that allows company personnel to manage their shift entry and exit processes via mobile devices.

⚠️ This application is for the use of company employees only. Company-defined personnel information is required to log in. It is not open to general use.

FEATURES

• Shift entry and exit record
Quickly create shift movements by scanning a QR code or via the Bluetooth beacon device in the branch.

• Location verification
Shift records are verified by checking the distance to the branch coordinates. This confirms that the record was made at the workplace.

• Shift schedule
View the shift schedule for the current and next week. Receive reminder notifications before the start of your shift.

• Notifications
Shift reminders and company announcements are sent as instant notifications.

• GDPR approval
The information text regarding the processing of personal data is presented within the application, and your consent is recorded.

REQUIREMENTS

- Company-defined personnel record (Turkish Republic Identity Number, registration number, phone number)
- Location permission: to verify that the shift registration was done at the branch
- Camera permission: for QR code reading
- Bluetooth permission: to detect the beacon device in the branch
- Notification permission: for shift reminders

The application does not track location in the background. Location is only read at the moment when the shift movement is created.
