I have been using Olive Young for almost a year, since I moved to Korea. It would be more comfortable to have an English version or to change language settings to English from Korean. I think it would be more comfortable for foreigners who live in Korea and can't use the app, because of language limitations. 온라인몰 고객상담이 최악이고 아무 책임도 안 지고 거짓말까지 합니다. 구매할 게 있으면 무조건 매장 가서 직접 사세요. 원래 불만 사항을 많이 안 올리지만 이번에 거짓말한 것이 너무 기분 나빠서 올립니다. Online mall(or app) has the worst customer service I've ever seen. They outright lied to me about my order status just to tell me they cannot cancel an item (which I checked and later sent them a screenshot to prove my point - foolishly believing they might have had a problem with their system). They ignored my point and told me my shipment is being prepared (also 4 days late now)
