App won't allow me to sign up. Keeps giving failure notices without any reasons for the failure. The birthday starts on today's date (WHY?!) and forces you to pick the year on a spinner, so anyone over the age of 20 has to spin the thing a dozen times... while trying not to hit the "cancel" button directly under the year. It also has a completely useless "continue as guest" option that doesn't allow you to order without logging in. This app fails on both technical and design grounds.

Does not work. The app always logs me out. Then when I try to log in it won't accept my password and I always get an "unexpected error" message everytime i try to reset my password. I've deleted the app and cleared the cache several times. Their food is nowhere near good enough for me to keep dealing with these problems. I'm just going to stop eating there all together.

No way to cancel an order you've placed, even if the store is out of product. App does not use the same login details as the website. Resetting my password always gives an error. No customer service email to contact for help. Terrible app and terrible experience. If Boston Market wants to compete they need a usable app, and this is not it.
