my experience over the last year has been horrible. I've reached out to customer service regarding missing points and haven't heard back. On my birthday I never received my reward. it seems like the company doesn't care about the rewards system any longer. my local store said that cant help and Its frustrating not hearing back from customer service regarding missing points for multiple orders.

This app needs some work. The customization options are great. But every time I go to checkout, I receive a "Something went wrong!" message and get kicked back to the main menu. Nothing I do can get me to the checkout page. So yeah, I cannot use the app and I cannot call orders in ahead of time. So the app is basically useless.... Y'all got great food though.

I scanned to redeem my reward, but nothing comes off at the register. You don't know if it redeemed anything until it's already been paid for. I submitted the error through the app, which forwarded me to gmail. I email what happened. I'm emailed back with a generic "contact us" form to select my issue from drop-down menus - my issue wasn't listed. I haven't received a response in a week. The burgers are pretty good, but the bait and switch rewards makes me more inclined to just go to Five Guys.
