Once I started trying to place an order though I found it pretty confusing when it used to be that all of my options for add-ons were right there on the menu when ordering, and now I have to click on a box which takes me to another page and then I can only select "extra" which the portions once I got my sandwich were not extra they were very light. I would highly recommend making it so you can do a light normal or extra options for vegetables sauces and add a no toasted option as well.

Love this place been going for years. Love the ability to order ahead because it does get busy. Only down side is most of the time my closest location just says " currently unavailable" because they turn off online orders and then I ask them to scan my phone for points and they tell me they can't. I recently found out I can scan my receipt to earn points as well. After losing tons of points. App is great. Staff just need to be onboard.

food is always so phenomenal and so is the service but every single time I try to use the app it will not work whether it be an invalid signature error, or this store wont deliver or is closed or whatever. The app will never work for some reason.
