The app is easy to use if you read the instructions on how to enter your receipts. I have a lot of other fast food apps, and in comparison, Cousins really doesn't have enough deals or coupons to merit having it on my phone. I know they aren't as big as McDonald's or fast food restaurants along those lines, but even offering $0.75 off subs when using the app would be nice and it would definitely make me go to the store/use the ap more. $9.44 for a BLT (with tax included) is a lot for a sandwich.

It's good, but not great (the sandwichs, on the other hand are the best). Biggest flaw with the app is that you can't choose cash as a payment option...this is particularly inconvenient for pickup and really annoying. Other than that, there's a couple minor glitches with the app (choosing location, repeating previously made orders), but nothing horrible. I'd actually give it 3.5 stars, but that's not an option.

Almost every time I add the online order code for buy 2 subs and a side get one sub free I get "coupon added successfully" immediately followed by "error validating basket" and then the code doesn't get applied. For months now. Maybe a year. I know I have the right items because it works for in store orders when they scan the coupon.
