Some of the best ramen I've ever had, seriously. Employees are always friendly. The app, however, will not let me select my reward when I go to checkout. I've already redeemed my 100 points, but when I went to go use it, it said 'no rewards found'. So I lost my reward. I'm disappointed about that because it's not all the time I can order from here.

Rewards idea is awesome. I've accumulated a bunch of points from several visits then all of a sudden without notice, my points gets turned to reward dollars that make up less than the rewards. Wish I was informed it would expire or convert. I would've used my rewards for a ramen. Sad day. Defeats the thrill of a rewards program if Jinya just takes the rug from under us whenever and without notice.

It would be nice if you could have the option to modify orders. For example, if you do not want the bean sprouts you can select leave off. Now that you can't call in orders so you can modify, is kinda inconvenient. Especially if you don't want to go in to order & wait.
