Used the app and got a "successful" order for pick up. But apparently, it "failed" and the order did not go through. There was no message indicating an issue and had to learn this at the store during pickup. I also have to double check my CC charge to ensure the charge was offset. Unreliable so Uninstalling this less than an hour after installing!

Payment went thru smoothly but store did not even see my order and manager had to look it up. My order in the app confirmed order was placed but nothing else is provided. No order number shown. Staff had to ask my to pull up my email confirmation multiple times and verify my name. My order took an ADDITIONAL half an hour to be prepared, with 3 items missing to boot. Why would I use the app if you aren't even fulfilling and prioritizing mobile orders? Better to do it the old fashioned way.

Wouldn't take password. Had to reset it twice, and then after finally getting signed, and when it went to checkout, said needed to sign in again, and again wouldn't accept the sign in. Gave up, and went elsewhere. Horrible app.
