Used the app and got a "successful" order for pick up. But apparently, it "failed" and the order did not go through. There was no message indicating an issue and had to learn this at the store during pickup. I also have to double check my CC charge to ensure the charge was offset. Unreliable so Uninstalling this less than an hour after installing!

This apps and website sucks in general. My 2nd order I can't even pay at all. I tried all my cards and it said payment failed while I was on the phone with my bank trying to figure out whats wrong. No charges was even attempted and there were nothing wrong with my cards. Even when I called the store all they could do was telling me to try doordash which is very expensive (almost $20 difference at the end). So dissapointed, popeyes it is then.

Jollibee app order is one of the worst I have ever use. App order suppose to be for convenience but when I order thru the app, it said it will take 38min for it to be ready for pick up. And when I enter the store they not even busy and they told me that online order takes so long because it take 15-20min for the store to receive the order and then they can print it out. So even though they not busy, they can't make my order because they have to wait to receive the order first. Stupid app...
