My order was missing a drink, there were no condiments. The side of onion rings were less than freshly cooked, looked like they were last night's leftovers, and there was no dipping sauce. Quality was less than desirable, and the quantity was also less than desirable! I spent $60 and was less than satisfied. I will not order from there again, considering the price of my order it was unacceptible. This was a curbside order, so they had time to make sure the order was correct.

I've tried ordering at least 15 times because Miller's has a new voice messages that says "sorry we no longer take orders over the phone" and when I try to order with the app, it tells me an error occured and to try again in a few minutes. I've changed the card, and everything and it still has error messages every single time. So I have to call up there and talk to their "to go specialist," to order. (btw it's several dollars cheaper by a couple of dollars when you call in.) What's up with that?

I love Miller's ale House. the food is always great. However, their app sucks. and even more than that when you tried to call and order in when their app doesn't work, the prompts keep trying to dissuade you from placing an order via the phone and instead using the app. I constantly get errors that say they cannot process my order so how else do they expect people to be able to place orders?
