Ever since a major update I have not been able to get into this app. The store can pull up my account by my phone number, get reward emails from them all the time, but it won't take any of my passwords I use and when I click forgot my password, it won't send me an email. This is the same email address I get the rewards notices. If I try to create a new account, it says one already exists. I'm so tired of fighting it-- please fix this issue!

App needs something to tell you when your food is ready. It said 10min, but that wasn't even close. Didn't feel like standing with the herd at the counter so I sat down. Had no idea when my food would be ready, or if they even had the order. The few people they had working were all so busy I didn't want to bother. 1st time at newks and didn't know there was a rack for pickup orders. The "grab and go" station was closed. Extra 5min the app could've saved by letting me know it was ready.

when a order is messed up (and it does happen) there is no way to let a manager know about it for a refund or some form of credit for it. also, quit with the "fine line" when trying to apply any promotion coupon for a drink or meal, makes getting rewards pointless. besides those things the app does work well, and has images with detail about the dish you're choosing.
