App needs something to tell you when your food is ready. It said 10min, but that wasn't even close. Didn't feel like standing with the herd at the counter so I sat down. Had no idea when my food would be ready, or if they even had the order. The few people they had working were all so busy I didn't want to bother. 1st time at newks and didn't know there was a rack for pickup orders. The "grab and go" station was closed. Extra 5min the app could've saved by letting me know it was ready.

This is the worst food app I have. No points or rewards. Online menu does not reflect what is actually at the store. Offers are never shown although they are in the store. Total waste. 8.3.2025 update: This app has improved greatly. It finally seems to operate as expected. Although, I'm on Android 15, but I keep getting a message that the new app will only work with Android 15 or higher, so I need to update...I'm already on it.

when a order is messed up (and it does happen) there is no way to let a manager know about it for a refund or some form of credit for it. also, quit with the "fine line" when trying to apply any promotion coupon for a drink or meal, makes getting rewards pointless. besides those things the app does work well, and has images with detail about the dish you're choosing.
