Order ahead without the hassle. Designed to make your ordering experience as seamless as possible, the Piada app will take minutes out of your day - and seeing how much you accomplished today, those minutes count.

PIADA POINTS: Earn 5 points for every visit with an full-price entrée purchase and automatically convert 15 points into $5 Piada cash for a future visit. Look out for more points to be added to your account when you least expect it.

The food's great. The app feels great. But in reality it has some huge flaws. One of which is that your "saved orders" can only be ordered at the place you first ordered that dish. You can change your order location and try to reorder that dish. Everything will go as planned, until you realize after you've waited at the restaurant for a while, that when you selected a saved order, the app switched you back to the original restaurant location with no notification or heads up. Infuriating.

I downloaded the app after being told by the restaurant staff in my neighborhood that I could get a $5 credit for my first purchase after registering. The app did not work. The discount was not applied nor was the purchase counted towards my despite scanning the rewards barcode on the app several times. Poor execution. I feel short changed. Great food, poor implementation if what was an excellent opportunity to enhance the customer experience and promote the brand. Service recovery? lets see.

The update is almost the exact same as the original app. They improve response time, overall look and corrected broken images. I only wish the calorie count for adjustments properly updated with the size of your entree and that you can select your default store without having to locate it every order.
