1st try at online drive through order was a bit of a fail. Wrong burgers, no fries, no onion rings, and the burgers they did give us were 'end of the day grill burners'. Spoke with manager, and they went above and beyond to make it right. Mistakes happen. We'll be back!
Great app except it wont let you customize your order too well. My son wanted a burger with Ketchup & Mustard only, but it forces you to also pick a standard condiment like mayo or tomato, and then you have to edit it at the store. Annoying
The app is great. The execution at the stores is less than stellar. Problems at New Lenox and Shorewood. The idea is for the order to be ready....not have to wait another 15 to 20 min while they find it.
The App itself is nice with good options for customized food items, but when my mother and I went into the building to pick up our order. We had to ask two people were to go and then had a very rude woman at the front desk where the online pick up was located ask us to tell her what we were there for when were standing directly under the small "Online Pick-up" Sign. We then had to wait while she gathered the pecies of our order together. The whole experience at the New Lenox location was horrible so we will not be using the app again and will instead go thru the drive thru only where we have never had an issue or bad experience.
Amazing app. I did have a hard time ordering fries but I downloaded the doordash app and I didn't have a problem at all. Problem solved because it's the same company Who deliver your food.
would love to have an additional comments section. so I can say I want fries extra crispy or a dry beef and cheddar with juice on the side. kinda pointless if I cant customize those things
