Ratings and reviews

Good lord, I can't even create an account. I click "Sign In/Create an Account" and it takes me to a screen where I put in my email. I enter my email and it automatically takes me to the Sign In screen, no account creation. I tried signing in via Facebook and that app connection is broken. Then when I leave the account sign in page, the app starts glitching out and not loading anything. I love Portillos, but terrible app. You guys need to get on this.

2 things personally I don't like. 1: the app doesn't show rewards unless you're ordering via the app otherwise you'd have no idea if there are rewards available because I found that it by accident. only until I placed an order through the app did I see rewards available. 2: if you forget to scan your card there's no way to add past visits, would be nice to be able to add past visits obviously.

garbage app. asks for cookies on every page and the REWARDS many times do NOT work when they are available. Birthday cake slice for your birthday for example. I ordered some items and added to cart (no minimum listed) and then selected "rewards available" and the app says not eligible for this order. complete garbage. Take other apps from major fast food chains, they are simple to use, offer tons of options, and work consistently. Nice graphics is secondary to user experience.
