So I placed an order thru the app pickup was scheduled for november 13th, 8:20am. I arrived about 8:28am. There is no cut vegetables the port of subs employee was late no food was prepared for my pick up. I am not willing to be late to work because this individual was late. I requested my order be cancelled and refunded. This has not been done yet. Port of subs makes it extremely difficult to contact them for issues like this. Not good business!

Worked great until the update. Now I can't get logged in, even after a password reset. It asks me for my phone number and date of birth. Once I enter it says the phone number is already taken. No duh, it's for my app that you are forcing me to update! Then the app doesn't respond at all. It only "supercharges" rewards if you can actually use the app. The employee in the store terrific and provided excellent service given the issues with the app.

App doesn't work. Made an order and hit Buy Now. Nothing happened. Tried again, twice, same behavior. Can't find any way to actually place an order. Also hard to use. For example, the menu offers all the subs, but labels them only by number. Who remembers what Classic Sub #14 contains!? Web site ordering is much better, and actually results in you getting food. The app is useless. You can do better....
