I can't reset my password. It keeps saying 'invalid token' and the link we get when we ask to reset is a crazy long link that you can't click on. You have to copy and paste on the browser just for the attempt to reset it not to work. You can see too much of the programming scripts on this app. I attempted to enter possible old passwords and it gave me pages and pages of code. I can only assume that means I've been locked out.

I actually work at a Robeks, and from my experience with the app, it's not worth it unless you order like every day. It doesn't show us if you add a special request, you can't redeem any of your points unless you're in store, and several of the smoothie icons look nothing like what the smoothies actually look like. I had an argument with a customer over the Polar Pineapple color, and I had to tell them it's supposed to be pink, not yellow. Would not recommend.

The app places your order just fine but it never saves the card information for payments. It does to the extent that you see your saved card information but every time I try to pay, it says my card is declined. Then I have to manually enter my card information again then it works. Not sure why there's not a PayPal option or a better way to make payments without having to re-enter my card information.
