It's great when it works! I've had some strange errors where when I go to start an order the app closes itself. I like the mobile option but it's annoying when the shops mess up the order despite it being written out on the ticket. For example; I order Nikko dressing- and now twice (two different locations) have received a peanut sauce (which I cannot consume due to allergies) Update 1/4/24: adding in coupons causes a basket validation error when ordering mobile

App is functional but the font issues are crazy. Text is too small and not enough contrast with background to be seen/read easily. Also, button text should reflect an action you're taking... adding veggies to a bowl should not say "Add to basket" but rather "Add to bowl" or similar. Like I said, app is functional but it clearly wasn't evaluated from a user experience perspective... easy fixes - make them!

Bugs galore. Tried to reset password, login was invalid even with the new password. Tried to order a regular bowl, couldn't add to order. Was required to fill out upgrade options. Only way to get by was to pay. Tried to use Google auto fill on cc. This was an invalid tender. Had to rekey everything by hand. Spent 20 minutes ordering to wait another 20 minutes to fill it. For the price, I could have sat down somewhere else.
