What a run around. Store insisted they didn't have the order. Had to send several screen shots of the order confirmation recipe to my daughter who was picking up food. Only after I called and told the person on the phone that the status had changed to order complete meaning the food is ready did they recheck the pick up counter. The cooks had the order the entire time. Management completely unhelpful and has no idea what is happening.
The store told me that they didn't ever received my order and the only manager left. Cambel was very helpful, but it might be better if a manager was actually in your store till close in case customers needed them. Very frustrating.
I can't link my addict card by phone number or card number. Also I wish it had the option of MoJoe sauce to add to the build your own bowl
Can't link account, never pulls up my same store. Don't confuse it with coupons or discounts,. It's not a smart app.
Straight forward app. Quick and easy. Stores practical information to make future orders even easier
The food is great but the app should have a button that says order from the same location
