The application performs adequately but lacks certain essential features. For instance, it does not provide the option to order raisin toast or add additional side items. Furthermore, it could benefit from improved attention to detail. Additionally, when making changes to an order via phone call, the current system requires the placement of a new order rather than allowing modifications to the existing one. The absence of a comment section to specify preferences and the inability to contact the

Staff doesn't really pay attention to your ticket coming in so they start your order when you walk in to get it, and you end up waiting there anyways. Order was wrong as well and had to have them fix it. You're better off forgetting about this app and just going and waiting in person.

Don't bother ordering with the app or the website. You'll have to go in to the restaurant and place your order to get what you want. Neither the WH app nor the WH website allows you to customize your order correctly. There is no option to get more than one slice of cheese on your hashbrowns. One slice of cheese on a double or triple order of hashbrowns is not going to be satisfying. I haven't found a way to communicate this to anyone that could fix the problem. WH websites Contact us is useless.
