Measure and identify O-rings, gaskets, circlips and washers with your phone.
Put the part flat on an Olypsys calibration grid and take a photo. You get its dimensions in seconds, and the app tells you which catalogue parts fit.
WHAT IT MEASURES
Free: O-rings and backup rings.
Pro: worn and compression-set O-rings, FEP O-rings, X-rings, square rings, V-rings, O-ring cord, gaskets, circlips and washers.
Enterprise: enhanced-accuracy O-ring measurement and remote capture.
STANDARDS MATCHING
Measured parts are compared against catalogue sizes from standards including AS568, BS 4518, GB/T 3452.1, JIS B 2401, DIN 471, DIN 472, DIN 6799, ASME B16.21 and EN 1514-1. You see ranked candidates with a confidence score, part number and manufacturer.

Download any traced gasket, circlip or washer as DXF, SVG or .o2d for cutting or quoting.
