About this app

ONE VANS is a construction site reporting app designed exclusively for engineers assigned by their organization. This app helps field engineers submit detailed site activity reports directly from their work location — improving project monitoring, documentation, and communication between on-site staff and admin teams.

This app does not allow public registration. Only users (engineers) with pre-created accounts from the admin can log in and access the system.

🔧 Key Features:
✅ Engineer Login (Admin-Managed Access)

Engineers can log in using email and password. Accounts are created by the admin for each assigned user.

✅ Comprehensive Daily Work Reports

Submit daily reports of on-site activities including:

✔️ Materials used

✔️ Number of workers on-site

✔️ Equipment used

✔️ Percentage of work completed

✔️ Any issues or delays faced

✅ Photo & Video Uploads

Upload images and videos of:

Completed work

Pending or in-progress tasks

On-site issues requiring attention

✅ Location-Based Report Verification

Automatically capture the engineer’s current location when submitting a report to confirm whether the report was submitted from the site.
Note: Location is used only once at the time of report submission for verification — we do not track users continuously or use location data for any other purpose.

✅ Equipment Time Logging

Record start and end times for heavy machinery and other site equipment.

✅ Purchase Order Submissions

Upload purchase requests for materials that are unavailable on-site.

✅ Incoming Material Reporting

Engineers can report when new materials arrive at the site, ensuring proper documentation and transparency.

✅ Site Gallery for Admin Review

All submitted media (photos/videos) are saved to the site gallery, which can be accessed by admins and team members for future reference.

✅ Project Document Viewer

Engineers can view drawings, blueprints, and documents uploaded by admins. These are read-only and meant for reference only.

✍️ Engineer Signature Capture
Engineers can digitally sign daily reports to confirm authenticity. These signed reports help the admin ensure accountability and validation of all site submissions.

📍 Why Location Access is Required
Location permission is used only during report submission to:

Confirm the physical location of the engineer

Help admins verify whether reports are submitted from the actual construction site

We do not use this data for background tracking or any unrelated purpose.

We prioritize user privacy and data protection. All reports, media, and user data are stored securely and only accessible to authorized users within the organization.

Weather Information: We use your current location to fetch real-time weather updates relevant to your area, helping you plan and work more effectively on site.
