The most famous Omani food, which is meat cut into large pieces and seasoned with dates, garlic, pepper and water, where this seasoning is prepared before grilling and dried in the sun for forty days, then wrapped in banana leaf and placed in a large piece of palm fronds called Khasfa, and thrown into a large tandoor pit for a day or two.
