app always gets stuck or errors out and you lose all your progress and have to start over.

By far the worst app I've ever had to use. Take a picture, it restarts the app and deletes pictures you just took. Take three pictures think everything is going good then it restarts again and have to take every picture again. Garbage app. Drives me nuts using it. Sometimes I spend longer trying to upload photos than I do installing a windshield. Joke. Fix it.

This app is so frustrating to use it restarts after every picture, and deletes information constantly making it difficult to prove there was damage reporting before hand. It is currently telling me my app is out of date and needs updating but when I go to the app store it just has open option not update. So it wants me to uninstall and redownload if I do that I lose hours worth of information.
