Cacho brings two classic dice-cup games into one app: Dudo, the Andean liar's dice played in Bolivia, Peru, Chile and Ecuador, and Generala, the River Plate cousin of Yacht from Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. Play against 13 characters from the Andes and the River Plate, with friends on your home Wi-Fi with no internet, or by passing one phone around.
RIGGED? SEE HOW EVERY DIE WAS ROLLED
When a game starts you see a seal: a fingerprint of the game's seed. When it ends, the seed is revealed and "How the dice came out" replays every round and checks the seal.
Every die comes from the seed, the round, the seat and its number: nobody picks them, not even the bots. The rivals' level never changes the dice.
Bots only see their own dice. The computer never sees yours and never cheats.
It's all explained in Settings, under "Fair play".
DUDO: CALL, BLUFF AND DOUBT
Everyone shakes their cup and sees only their own dice. Taking turns, you call how many dice of a face are on the whole table: "four threes", "six fives".
Aces, marked with a magenta rhombus, are wild. You can go down to aces and back up.
Doubt!: every cup is lifted and the dice are counted. Whoever got it wrong loses a die.
Spot on!: if there are exactly as many as called, you win a die back.
An open or closed obligado round when someone is down to one die.
Andean, Chilean (with paso and picado), international and Quick rules, one tap away.
GENERALA WITH A LIVE SCORECARD
Up to three rolls per turn. Tap a die to keep it and roll the rest again.
Every box on the scorecard shows what you would score before you tap it.
Straight, full house, four of a kind, yacht and double yacht. A first-roll yacht wins on the spot.
River Plate, Classic and Yacht rules. Bolivia's Cacho Alalay is coming soon.
At the end, everyone's full scorecard, box by box.
2 TO 6 PLAYERS, ON YOUR WI-FI OR ON ONE PHONE
Create a room on your Wi-Fi and share the QR code: everyone plays on their own phone, even from the browser. No internet and no accounts. If someone is missing, a bot fills in.
Pass and play on one phone: in Dudo, hold your cup to peek at your dice; let go and it covers them.
Or play the computer, with 1 to 5 rivals at three levels.
BEAT DON TITO: THE DAILY CHALLENGE
Every day, the same dice for everyone. In Generala, beat Don Tito's score with the very same rolls; in Dudo, win against three hard rivals.
Your streak stays on your phone, with no server and no leaderboard.
CHARACTERS FROM THE ANDES AND THE RIVER PLATE
Doña Kusi, from La Paz, keeps the Dudo table and teaches you to play. Don Tito, from Jujuy, runs the Generala.
13 rivals from Cochabamba, Cusco, Otavalo, El Alto, Quito, Arequipa, Valparaíso, Santiago, Iquique, Buenos Aires, Rosario, Córdoba and Montevideo, each with their own way of talking.
CUPS AND DICE YOU EARN BY PLAYING
Cups in natural leather, ox horn, Salta poncho and Chulucanas ceramic. Dice in wool, bone, black ceramic and neon.
You earn them by games played, win or lose. No coins, no energy and no paying to play.
NO ADS IN THE MIDDLE OF A GAME
An ad never appears while you play. At most one when a full game ends, and never on the local network.
Your game is saved before any ad.
Watching an ad only unlocks a cup or dice skin sooner, if you choose to. It never gives an edge at the table.
