Mercci Pro is the store manager's control center.

Daily figures, live
Sales figures, the number of transactions, and the average transaction value are updated throughout the day. You can compare them with the same day last year and with your target, without waiting for the end-of-day closing.

Approvals, without going through the store
When a register needs approval (an unusual discount, a transaction cancellation, a refund), the request arrives in Mercci Pro. You approve or reject it from your phone, the register restarts, and the customer doesn't have to wait.

What else you can track
Monthly targets and progress. The team present and hours worked. Current supplier orders. Inventory and stockouts. Details of a transaction when a customer returns with a question.

Multiple stores
If you manage several stores, you can switch between them or view them all together.

Merci Pro complements the Mercci POS system. You need a Merci account to use it, and your company decides who has access to it.
