About this app

OMR Drive is the driver-side app for Optimum Medical Response, a non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) operator serving Virginia. It gives drivers everything they need to run their day — trips, navigation, status updates, and vehicle checks — in one place.

Key Features:

-Trip Management
See your assigned trips for the day, tap into any one for pickup and drop-off details, rider info, and scheduled times.

-Turn-by-Turn Navigation
Traffic-aware routing with voice directions built into the trip view. Auto-arrive prompts when you're within 100 feet of the pickup or dropoff. Route preferences for avoiding tolls, highways, or ferries.

-Status Updates
Advance trips through Scheduled → Arrived → Picked Up → Completed with a single tap. Mark no-shows and cancellations with a reason.

-Daily Vehicle Check
Confirm your vehicle is ready before starting your route, or flag a problem with photos so dispatch can see it immediately.

-Performance
A rolling score for punctuality and completion, so drivers and managers can see how the week is going at a glance.

-Dispatch Communication
Push notifications for new assignments, schedule changes, and dispatcher messages — no need to refresh.

OMR Drive is built specifically for OMR's drivers and is intended for use by authorized team members only.
