Onbode: Host Supply Tracker

About this app

Your guests arrive on Saturday. The toilet paper runs out on Sunday. Onbode is built so that never happens to you again.

Onbode is a supply and inventory tracker for Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com hosts that tells you what your rental will run short of before your guests get there — without anybody counting anything.

PREDICTS, DOES NOT JUST REMIND

Cleaning checklists and inventory apps tell you what to go and check. Onbode works out what a booking will actually use. Four guests for three nights get through about nine rolls of toilet paper. Six guests for a week get through far more. When the next reservation needs more than the cupboard holds, you are told three days ahead — time enough to order it, or to ask your cleaner or caretaker to pick it up.

AIRBNB CALENDAR SYNC

Paste the iCal export link from Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com once. Every booking then imports by itself, dates and all. Blocked dates are ignored, cancellations disappear, and re-syncing never duplicates anything.

TRACKS WHAT SHORT-TERM RENTALS ACTUALLY GO THROUGH

Toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, body wash, paper towels, bin liners, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, coffee pods, tea bags, laundry detergent, sponges, toilet cleaner, welcome snacks. Add anything else you keep — every quantity and rate is yours to change.

TURNOVER IN ONE TAP

When a booking ends, Onbode asks whether to take off what those guests would have used. One tap and your levels are current again. No spreadsheet, no stock take.

RESTOCK WITHOUT THINKING

Open an Amazon basket already filled with everything that is low, in one tap. You check it and pay there; Onbode sells nothing. Or send your cleaner or caretaker a tidy shopping list by WhatsApp, text or email — they need no app, no account and no login.

QUIET UNLESS IT MATTERS

If everything is fine you hear nothing. Warnings come at nine in the morning, never at night, and only when something is genuinely short for the guests who are coming.

YOUR CLEANER OR CARETAKER CAN CORRECT IT THEMSELVES

Send them a link. They open it in any browser — no app to install, no account, no password. Every item arrives already filled in with what the app predicts, and they change only what is wrong, then tap once. Their corrections appear in your app. They never see your address, your bookings or what anything cost.

NO PASSWORD. WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL.

Sign in with an email address and a one-time code. There is no password to choose or forget. Your data is kept safe against that address, so a new or lost phone never costs you months of lists. The app itself runs from your phone, so it keeps working in a basement with no bars. Delete the account and the copy from inside the app, in one tap, whenever you like.
