Hi Terry, sorry to hear you are having issues. Can you uninstall the app and reinstall? It looks like there was an issue in 2.9.13 so we rolled back to 2.9.12 until we can diagnose the problem in 2.9.13. If you uninstall and reinstall, you should get 2.9.12.
