used zazu was a very wonderful and easy to use app,so I had high hopes for this one ,everything was going well until I deposited money and it went through quite alright but now I'm being asked to type in my tpin. it keeps bringing an error each time when verifying , preventing me from sending money out of my zmw account. please look into this

The premiums don't make sense,I can get the same services at almost no cost with my other wallets & social. I liked it better when it was Zazu.I also don't like that you can only use USD, no local currencies. The zazu UI/UX was great. Not sure if it was the MNOs that lead to this pivot but it's an entirely different market being serviced. $5 a month for a product that hasnt gained critical mass traction (in my opinion) is too expensive and discouraging. The chat/transact feature is great though.

The app doesn't seem to work on new android versions. The app goes blank after login My pixel 8 Pro on Android 16 and Tablet on Android 16 but it works just fine on my Samsung running Android 15
