Orders aren't complete. out of stock products aren't shown out of stock. The whole point of this service is convenience and because of this I can't say your system is efficient. Also never it happens that your delivery person shows up with change. You need to understand the target customer and improve on your services. At least inventory is something which is yours to maintain so that customer knows what would they get. Every time I place an order there's something which isn't delivered.
