Good ordering experience, the delivery is prompt and the products as per the standards. A big problem is they deliver expired products and you need ask them for refund after raising complaint. Why deliver the expired product in first place, they can have routine inventory checks. Refund is given in cash when I payed digitally, if we can pay digitally, they should too It's not safe to consume the products delivered by them without checking the expiry date.

The worst experience ever. I have placed multiple orders since last one month through on door. And every time they either deliver expired products or the items are missing. This time they crossed the limits where we will be facing lockdown for 10 days and I had placed a order for 6 bottles of bisleri water. They delivered only 1 bottle and said they will deliver rest in an hour. There has been no update since then. The delivery guys is not responding well. And the company has still not reverted.

Third class app. Cannot accept order in case of need. Could not make order since last eidht days of continous efforts. A big Zero. Why dont you remove your app from playstore if you are not capable enough to manage customers order during crisis. From now onwards, I buy from local grocery vendors, rather than this type of big names. Hopless Ondoor. πππ
