Sales Stock is a sales information system application with pricing and stock information. Consists of three main menus.
Item menu is used as item master data, ie items to be sold are recorded in this menu.
The Stock Update menu is used to record changes in stock. Changes in stock can be due to the addition or purchase of new items, returns or reduction of goods due to damage, etc.
Sales menu is a transaction menu. Sales can be multi-item, meaning this application can serve more than one item for one sales number. The total price is automatically calculated. Transaction details data can be seen again by clicking the record.
Every item stock transaction will be automatically updated.
With the Reports menu, users can view sales data with a certain time range along with the calculation of total (turnover), capital and profit.
Ways of working:
~ Input the item data first sold in the "Item" menu as master data.
~ "Stock Update" menu is used to change stock of items.
~ "Sales" menu is a transaction menu, which is serving sales of items that have been entered in the "Item" menu.
~ "Report" menu is a menu to view sales data, within the date range entered.
~ "Migration" menu is a menu to transfer / move data to another cellphone.
