It spins when logging in, never resulting in a login. If you delete and download the app again, it makes you reset password. Then it repeats the process. This has been going on for a few weeks.

I have been trying to log into my account without success. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. it might work once and then it stops working. It just keeps clicking and will not open up when trying to login.

After the update i can no longer log into my acct at all via the app. Should not have to use reg website. This doesnt shock me as there are other issues constantly such as with atms hardly working or out of money often. Though that issue has nothing to do with the app... i think 121 might what to revisit several areas of their institute overall.
