The app works perfectly if and only if there is no issues, but it comes to problems and you will raise the case..that's the different story. I have pending case reaching almost 5months now and until now it hasn't resolve. Calling customer service is worst, same answers and they'll advise you to go the ooredoo store. Went to their store and they'll say, there's no customer service for payplus ever, just call customer service! How is this possible? Same with emails. Should I wait 1year?

The worst support experience in my entire life. For no reason they block the account. When I reuploaded all documents for the KYC, it went to pending.. It has been 3 weeks now. Sent multiple complaints and turned out that they dont care, saying that they are working on it. Incompetent team. I am sure that they will reply here requesting for email to the support. Well! you've got it already and you suck big time dealing with it. Great app in the beginning. You've ruined it all

Worst customer support I have ever dealt with. If you happen to have an issue with your transfer, then be ready for dealing with their support team only by emails. You will get a reply after 5-7 days just asking about the problem again. Then another 7-14 days to try and solve your issue. At the end, its been one month and the issue is still not solved and money has been stuck with them for the last one month. There is no use of calling the 24/7 phone no, they will ask you to send emails.
