I've used this app for years and there are tons of little things that add up to make it incredibly annoying to use. Some examples include: the widget never working. Living in an apartment complex with 'farm' in its name so the budget forecast always flags my rent as a food expense. Having to always 2 factor authentic when I log in despite having it turned off in the settings.

On my phone at least, the app consistently crashes whenever I try to login. I've tried restarting, clearing my cache, and even reinstalling the app, but the app always crashes as soon as I hit login. I know it's not a problem with our account, because I can use the desktop version just fine, and my wife can access the app on her phone with no issues.

I used to love the online bill pay option. As soon as the money was sent, whether electronically or paper check, it was deducted from your account. Plus, on the scheduled payment page, it kept a running total. Now, money isn't deducted until the entity it is sent to accepts payment or the check is cashed. Frustratingly, people hold on to paper checks. The balance isn't accurate. I have other banking options, and this new app and format make it tempting to switch.
