Annoying This app is supposedly the only way to adjust your entries but it never works! It spins in the loading wheel of death and never completes the request. There is no option to adjust entries on the website which is ridiculous and frustrating. Also there is no way to adjust the volume of the radio station. I can't here the songs nor the extra ways to earn points. The phone volume button doesn't adjust the radio at all. Needs updates.

After changing my name in the app, the app refuses to allow me access to my profile settings, instead, it closes the app when I click on the profile picture. I contacted support and they gave me a "restart the app" answer and basically said they didnt see a similar issue on their end. Even after uninstalling, and reinstalling, this error persists. Which means they issue is attached to my account on their server side. Even when logging in on a diffferent device it still closes.

One Country is a great organization, but I hate this app! Nothing but problems with it. Always have problems uploading proof of participation for the challenges and it's not very user friendly. They're latest update seems to have made it worse.
