Ratings and reviews

Annoying This app is supposedly the only way to adjust your entries but it never works! It spins in the loading wheel of death and never completes the request. There is no option to adjust entries on the website which is ridiculous and frustrating. Also there is no way to adjust the volume of the radio station. I can't here the songs nor the extra ways to earn points. The phone volume button doesn't adjust the radio at all. Needs updates.

I have emailed tech support at least 60 times because I am not getting the right amount of entries and I have paid for extra entries and they have taken the money but have not given me the entries. I literally wrote probably 60 emails to them explaining everything and they only wrote back three or four times that their it Department would look into it and get back to me promptly. That has not happened to this date and I am extremely frustrated and believe they have a responsibility to follow up

I have been really taken by the social outlet I have received from joining One Country. I enjoy the challenges and can't thank God enough for putting One Country in my life path to enjoy.🙏
