I am 58 and my vision is far from perfect. I have fingers on my hands - not matchsticks, so I designed this keyboard for myself. If you’re under 35 and have no problems with vision, please do not install. You will need it later. But maybe it will be a good lifehack for your parents now.

Ratings and reviews

The very short space bar is an unbearable nuisance. Selecting a vowel Spanish accent without selecting one of the options does not allow me to return to the normal kryboard layout. I have to go to numbers to then move to letters. I fail the "n" all the time as I try avoiding activating the microphone or showing emojis. I switched to Simple Keyboard and the phone appears more responsive; that is, less lag.

A must for us cursed with hammer thumbs. Wide keys (not merely tall) and the option to make the letters blaze orange if you like (if you have failing eyesight to go with your hammer thumbs). The ads are annoying, but then again, they're supposed to be. 10 bucks is steep, the devs know this, which is why they allow you to 'rent' it at 2 dollars for 3 months. The typing speed is a wee-bit sluggish, and some symbols are missing (like dollar signs). Yet, I've never texted quicker

I liked this app at first, but lm extremely disappointed ln their failure to fix some of the obvious shortcomings. One, seen above, is that it doesn't recognize contractions, so you have to go to the 123 screen to insert an apostrophe. The worst, though, is that if you enter "i", it autocorrects to "it", rather than "I". That is totally idiotic programming!
